- VELONR sells laser products that are high-power laser devices, capable of causing severe eye injury, blindness, skin burns, fire, or property damage.
- Appropriate laser safety eyewear certified for the specific wavelength and power must be worn at all times during operation. Failure to do so may result in permanent vision loss.
- It is strictly forbidden to point the laser beam directly or indirectly at people or animals, nor at vehicles, aircraft, or any means of transportation.
- Before operation, ensure the beam path is clear of reflective surfaces, flammable materials, and unprotected personnel.

2. User Qualification and Legal Compliance
- Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in their jurisdiction) and possess the knowledge and qualifications to operate high-power lasers.
- You are solely responsible for understanding and strictly complying with all applicable local, state/provincial, national, and international laws, including but not limited to weapons control, laser safety, and import/export regulations.
- Possession, use, or carrying of high-power laser devices may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas. VELONR assumes no liability for any illegal purchase or use.
- If exporting the product, the purchaser is responsible for determining whether an export license is required and for complying with all relevant export control regulations.

3. Intended Use Restrictions
- Our products are intended solely for authorized military, law enforcement, industrial, scientific research, or legally permitted professional applications.
- Any use for illegal activities, unauthorized surveillance, harassment, intimidation, or causing harm to persons or property is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or any attempt to alter the product's output power will void all warranty and return rights and may result in unpredictable hazards.

4. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk
- You expressly understand and agree that all risks associated with the use of our products are assumed entirely by you. VELONR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property loss, or legal liability arising from the use or misuse of the product.
- VELONR is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use, failure to follow instructions, safety negligence, or violation of applicable laws.
- Under no circumstances shall VELONR's total liability for any claim arising from the product exceed the amount you paid for that product.

- Unless explicitly stated in a written warranty, VELONR provides products "AS IS," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Supplemental Return and After-Sales Terms
- For safety reasons, high-power laser products that have been opened and used may not be eligible for return or refund unless a quality defect is present, in order to prevent dangers arising from mishandling.
- When applying for after-sales service, you may be required to provide proof of operational qualification, along with a complete incident description and evidence. We reserve the right to reject service requests that fail safety review.

7. Policy Changes and Interpretation
- VELONR reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Changes will be posted on the official website without individual notice.
- VELONR holds the final interpretation of this disclaimer. In the event of a dispute, the company's determination and applicable law shall prevail.
